Electrical System Installation

OBJECTIVE

Installation of Electrical Systems & Equipment for Single Aisle programs such as A319, A320 and A321 . It involves 924 bracket design & 928, 929 Electrical routing installations on the Mechanical Structures and also VKM’s creation for new MSN’s

APPROCH & SOLUTIONS

  • Input study, Estimation , Implementation of BM, RDR and DQN for new variants of different MSN’s across programs (A319, A320 and A321).
  • Implementation of NC’s at different areas such as Lower Shell, Upper Shell and Cross beam.
  • Drawing creation and modification for 928, 924 and VKM in accordance with airbus guidelines
  • Creation of raster sheet & Detail sheets with all the necessary Design principle, NOTAs & Salmi’s.
  • Proposing bracket support for the new routing for FIN implementation and modification
  • Installation sequence have been updated and created in accordance with the assembly requirement
  • Creation of Stueckliste (BOM), CR (change request) and CLDB Header.
  • Drawing set creation and updation of different masks in TAKSY.
  • Quality check using the control list provided by client.
